We are the leading Tech Company in Europe, supporting digital innovation for over 45 years.

We are committed to bringing digital technology into every business. How? By putting customers first and becoming the go-to partner for professionals, small, medium and large companies, offering customised solutions and services to optimise business processes, from HR and customer relations to e-invoicing and digital payments.

In Finance, we ensure the integrated governance of financial activities at Group level, both ordinary and extraordinary. We control administrative, accounting, and financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance with tax requirements and optimizing credit management, debt collection, and treasury activities. A primary focus is placed on integrating the accounting, administrative, and reporting processes of companies being acquired, ensuring alignment and efficiency at the Group level.

Join the Credit Management Team as a BU Credit Controller. In this role, you will monitor the performance of trade receivables within your assigned Business Unit, identifying patterns, trends, and the root causes of YoY (Year-over-Year) and MoM (Month-over-Month) variances. You will provide structured insights to the BU Leader and the Collections Team to support portfolio, pricing, and customer risk management decisions. This is a senior analyst, individual contributor role with no people management responsibilities.

In particular, you will be responsible for:

  • Lead the monthly and quarterly monitoring of the BU’s accounts receivable portfolio (aging, exposure, concentration), ensuring data quality, consistency, and reliability.
  • Independently analyze customer payment patterns, developing advanced segmentation models based on risk profiles and behavioral clusters.
  • Interpret YoY (Year-over-Year) and MoM (Month-over-Month) variances, identifying their key drivers (volume, mix, customer behavior, processes, systems) and translating them into actionable insights.
  • Develop and lead reporting activities for BU Leaders and Credit Managers, providing critical analysis and business-oriented recommendations.
  • Actively contribute to BU Performance Reviews, helping shape the narrative and identify key levers for performance improvement.
  • Proactively collaborate with the Collections Team, guiding operational priorities and recovery strategies based on analytical evidence.
  • Monitor and interpret KPI performance (DSO, aging buckets, write-off rate, dispute rate, bad debt provisioning), highlighting trends and optimization opportunities.
  • Identify and anticipate anomalies and early warning signals, proposing corrective and preventive actions from a risk management perspective.

What skills are we looking for:

  • Credit experience: At least 4 years of experience in Credit Control, Accounts Receivable Analysis, or Management Control, with a proven ability to transform data into actionable narratives and drive decision-making through analytical insights.
  • Technical skills: Strong proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or Workday Finance; advanced use of Business Intelligence tools for analytical reporting; advanced Excel skills (credit analysis models, pivot tables, complex formulas).
  • Cross-functional influence: Ability to achieve results through teams and stakeholders without direct reporting lines, managing complex relationships with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Language skills: Good command of English (B2+ level); native-level Italian or equivalent.
  • International profile (plus):Knowledge of German, French, or Spanish; experience working in multi-country environments (CEE, EMEA).
  • Advanced analytics (plus):SQL and/or Python (pandas); experience with behavioral or regression-based approaches to customer portfolio analysis.
  • Structured background (plus):Experience in audit, consulting, or management control; knowledge of IFRS 9 (Expected Credit Losses).

Do you recognize yourself in the skills we’re looking for? That’s a great start. We’re looking for people who reflect our values through their growth mindset and their ability to turn challenges into opportunities.
