Security Operations Manager
Job Description :
- Strong Security Operations background with hands-on experience.
- Demonstrated experience across the Microsoft Security Stack (Defender, XDR, CSPM, DLP, Purview, etc.).
- Hands-on Qualys experience (mandatory).
- Experience with Wiz and related technologies preferred.
- Experience in vulnerability management, cyber hygiene, risk visibility, patching, and operational security functions. Not focused on Identity & Access Management specialization alone. Certifications are secondary to practical operational experience with the required tools.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage day-to-day security operations and vulnerability management activities.
- Work hands-on across the Microsoft Security Stack, including Microsoft Defender, Microsoft 365 Defender XDR, CSPM, DLP, and Microsoft Purview.
- Manage vulnerability assessment, prioritization, remediation, and reporting activities.
- Use Qualys to identify vulnerabilities, assess risk, track remediation, and improve overall cyber hygiene.
- Work with security and infrastructure teams to drive effective patching and vulnerability remediation.
- Monitor security posture, risk exposure, and operational security metrics across the enterprise.
- Support security incident investigation, threat visibility, and remediation activities as required.
- Work with Wiz and related cloud security technologies where applicable.
- Drive continuous improvement of security operations processes, controls, and reporting.
- Collaborate with technology and business stakeholders to address security risks and operational challenges.
