Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Apoio nas rotinas administrativas da área de Qualidade e Performance de Serviços.
  • Atualização e controle de planilhas, relatórios e indicadores operacionais.
  • Organização e acompanhamento de documentos e registros da área.
  • Suporte no monitoramento de processos e controles internos.
  • Auxílio na elaboração de apresentações e materiais de acompanhamento.
  • Atendimento às demandas administrativas dos analistas e gestores.
  • Acompanhamento de informações para apoio na análise de qualidade dos serviços.
  • Interação com áreas parceiras para coleta e atualização de dados.

    • Requisitos e qualificações

    • Escolaridade: Ensino Médio completo ou em Curso.
    • Conhecimentos: Conhecimentos básicos em informática (Pacote Office - especialmente Excel)
    • Competências: Flexibilidade, iniciativa, trabalho em equipe, boa comunicação e relacionamento, vontade de aprender.
