[Remote] Cloud Infrastructure Operations Coordinator

Tech Hive AI is hiring a Cloud Infrastructure Operations Coordinator to support the deployment, management, monitoring, security, and optimization of cloud infrastructure and production environments. The role works with DevOps, development, QA, security, and project teams to maintain reliable, scalable, and secure cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain cloud infrastructure for development, staging, and production environments
• Manage cloud resources across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Configure and maintain virtual machines, storage, networks, databases, and cloud services
• Manage VPCs, subnets, routing tables, security groups, firewalls, and load balancers
• Configure IAM users, roles, permissions, and access policies
• Monitor infrastructure availability, performance, resource utilization, and service health
• Configure monitoring, logging, alerts, and dashboards
• Support application deployments and production releases
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools
• Manage Docker containers and support Kubernetes environments
• Maintain Linux-based cloud servers and troubleshoot system issues
• Configure DNS, SSL/TLS certificates, domains, and network services
• Implement cloud security best practices and access controls
• Monitor cloud resource usage and identify opportunities for cost optimization
• Configure backups, snapshots, disaster recovery, and recovery procedures
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, deployment, and application connectivity issues
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure applications are cloud-ready
• Support scaling and capacity planning for growing applications
• Maintain infrastructure documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures
• Participate in incident response and root cause analysis
• Research emerging cloud technologies and recommend improvements to infrastructure reliability, security, and efficiency

Skills

• 2+ years of professional experience in Cloud Infrastructure, Cloud Operations, DevOps, Systems Administration, or a related field
• Strong hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform: • AWS • Microsoft Azure • Google Cloud Platform
• Good knowledge of Linux administration
• Strong understanding of cloud networking concepts
• Experience with virtual machines, storage, databases, networking, and identity management
• Experience with Docker and containerized applications
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of cloud security and IAM best practices
• Familiarity with Git and version-control systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good written and verbal English communication
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote environment
