Job Summary
Position Title: AEM Architect/Lead
Location: Milpitas, CA (Onsite)
Exp- 7 to 10yrs
We are looking for an experienced AEM Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale digital experience solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in AEM Sites, AEM as a Cloud Service, Java, Sling, OSGi, HTL/Sightly, and enterprise integrations, along with hands-on experience managing Akamai CDN and website performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement scalable AEM-based digital solutions.
- Provide hands-on development and technical leadership across AEM projects.
- Design content models, reusable components, and integration frameworks.
- Manage Akamai CDN configurations, caching, security, and performance optimization.
- Drive CI/CD, DevOps, and Cloud Manager deployment strategies.
- Integrate AEM with Adobe Experience Cloud, APIs, and enterprise systems.
- Ensure website scalability, security, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
- Contribute to MCP-based AI agents and content automation initiatives.
- Mentor teams, conduct architecture reviews, and establish development standards.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in AEM architecture.
- Strong expertise in AEM Sites, AEM Cloud Service, Sling, OSGi, JCR, HTL/Sightly, and Java.
- Experience with Akamai CDN, DevOps, CI/CD, and enterprise integrations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
The pay range for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
