Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Backend/API Developer with extensive experience in SAP Data Migration. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in SAP ABAP, enabling them to effectively contribute to our data migration projects. This role requires a detail oriented individual who can analyze complex requirements and develop robust backend solutions to support our SAP systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement backend solutions for SAP data migration projects.
• Utilize SAP ABAP to create and optimize data migration programs and interfaces.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of developed solutions to ensure data integrity and performance.
• Document technical specifications, processes, and procedures related to data migration activities.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing SAP applications and data migration tools.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices to enhance project outcomes.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in SAP ABAP programming.
• Strong understanding of SAP data migration processes and methodologies.
• Experience with backend development and API integration.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management.
• Ability to analyze complex data structures and develop efficient solutions.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and related technologies.
• Experience with data transformation tools and ETL processes.
• Knowledge of cloud based solutions and integration platforms.
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7 10 years of relevant experience in backend development and SAP data migration.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in a fast paced environment.
• Relevant SAP certifications are a plus.
