Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Configurator for our Platform/Product team. The ideal candidate will possess in depth knowledge of the Avaloq Wealth Platform and will be responsible for configuring and optimizing our product offerings to meet client needs. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize the Avaloq Wealth Platform to align with business requirements and client specifications.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of configurations to ensure functionality and performance.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the configured solutions, addressing any issues that arise.
• Stay updated on the latest features and enhancements of the Avaloq Wealth Platform and implement them as necessary.
• Document configuration processes and maintain comprehensive records of changes made.
• Train and mentor junior team members on best practices related to the Avaloq Wealth Platform.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in the Avaloq Wealth Platform is a deal breaker.
• Proven experience in configuring financial products and services within the Avaloq environment.
• Solid understanding of wealth management processes and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other financial platforms or tools.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL or Java.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5 7 years of relevant experience in platform configuration, specifically with the Avaloq Wealth Platform.
• Certifications related to Avaloq or wealth management are a plus.
