Job Summary

Role: RunMyJobs Administrator / Workload Automation Engineer

  • Administer and support the RunMyJobs (RMJ) workload automation platform, including scheduling, monitoring, troubleshooting, and job lifecycle management.
  • Design, configure, and maintain jobs, job groups, schedules, calendars, dependencies, resources, and workflows.
  • Monitor production workflows and ensure successful execution of critical business processes within defined SLA and operational timelines.
  • Troubleshoot failed, delayed, blocked, and long running jobs and perform root cause analysis.
  • Manage and troubleshoot RunMyJobs agents, process servers, connectors, and integrations.
  • Configure and maintain integrations with Windows, Linux/Unix, SQL Server, Oracle, AS400/IBM , and other enterprise applications.
  • Develop and maintain automation workflows using scripts, commands, SQL, and application specific connectors.
  • Manage job dependencies and cross application workflows to ensure correct execution sequencing.
  • Perform production incident management, problem management, and change implementation using tools such as ServiceNow.
  • Analyze RMJ logs, execution history, agent logs, and application errors to identify and resolve failures.
