Job Summary

• Ongoing support for Application Security Testing (in house and third party applications) and Infrastructure Vulnerability Management.
• Vulnerability Detection & Analysis across infrastructure, applications and network devices, including selected configuration/policy reviews (firewalls, routers, DLP policies, data containers and data flows) to build comprehensive assessment coverage.
• Categorize and prioritize vulnerabilities (High/Medium/Low) based on severity, exploitability and business criticality.
• False positives filtering with evidence trail; analyst validation in the absence of aggregator tooling.
• Risk Assessment & Threat Scoring using OCTAVE Allegro, combining tool base score, CVE intelligence inputs and asset/data criticality.
• Vulnerability reporting & response system with assignment workflow, SLA tracking and escalation for SLA violations (can be implemented via GRC platform).
• Validate fixes via re scan/re test; update threat score and reopen tickets if remediation is ineffective.
• Testing aligned to methodologies/standards: NIST, OWASP, WASC, ITSAM, OSSTMM, and WASC Threat Classification.
