Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Java Spring Boot Microservices Developer with strong experience in building scalable, cloud native applications. The ideal candidate should have hands on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and Kubernetes, along with experience in designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining enterprise grade applications.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain robust Java based applications using Spring Boot.
• Develop and implement Microservices architecture for scalable and resilient solutions.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with third party systems.
• Deploy, manage, and monitor applications on Kubernetes clusters.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and cross functional teams to deliver high quality software solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement performance optimizations.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure application security, reliability, and scalability.
Required Skills
• Strong hands on experience in Java (8/11/17+)
• Expertise in Spring Boot
• Experience in developing Microservices based applications
• Hands on experience with Kubernetes
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and API integration
• Experience with Docker and containerized deployments
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps
• Good understanding of design patterns, OOP concepts, and software development best practices
Preferred Skills
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Knowledge of Spring Cloud, Service Discovery, API Gateway, and Distributed Tracing
• Experience with messaging platforms like Kafka or RabbitMQ
• Understanding of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Splunk
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 4 10 years of experience in Java application development
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
