Job Summary

Role: Junior AI Application Engineer

Location: San Jose, CA (Onsite)

Required Skills:

• Experience with AI Application development using AI models
• Familiarity with fine-tuning, and reinforcement learning
• Hands on experience around AI application development.
• Agentic AI and Machine Learning experience.
• Using opensource AI models.
• Familiarity with AI inference, and open source frameworks such as PyTorch, vLLM, SGLang, etc.
• Need familiarity with software scripting. (Python, Java, etc.).
• Candidate must have Software background.

Education: Masters degree w/experience with AI or bachelors degree.

The pay range for this role is $60,000- $80,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay. This role is open for subcontracting: $40 - $50/ hr
