Role Summary

(Purpose: why this role exists?)

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Data Scientist to join our team and contribute to the development and deployment of AI/GenAI/ML pipelines within the AWS cloud environment. This role will involve both GenAI and Python development responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in data AI and data science, experience with AWS, and proficiency in Python programming.

Essential Responsibilities / Expectations

•                    6 8 years of experience in AI/ML including 2 3 years of experience in GenAI technology.

•                    Strong expertise in LLM, deep learning, machine learning algorithms (e.g., supervised learning, unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning) and statistical modelling.

•                    Proficiency in programming languages such as Python

•                    Knowledge of prompt engineering techniques and best practices.

•                    Hands on Experience with building and deploying ChatBot AI assistants using the RAG framework.

•                    Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, ChromaDB) for RAG implementation.

•                    Good working knowledge of AI Agents and Agentic AI framework

•                    Experience with MCP, MultiAgent Frameworks.

•                    Experience with Memory Management and Context Engineering for Conversational Agents

•                    Familiarity in developing and deploying E2E AI solutions in cloud platforms (AWS)

•                    Should be proficient in using AI enabled coding tools e.g. github copilot, etc.

•                    Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, Gitlab).

•                    Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

•                    Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

•                    Ability to work in an Agile development environment

•                    A strong desire to learn and contribute to a fast paced, innovative environment.

Educational

Qualification

Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field

Experience Required (Min ‿ Max year)

•                    6 8 years of experience in AI/ML including 2 3 years of experience in GenAI technology.
