Job Summary

Job Title: Outgoing Quality Control (OQC)

Location: Fort Worth, Texas

Onsite/Remote/Hybrid: Onsite

The salary for this role is $60000 to $65000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay. JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Ensure outgoing shipments are ‘defect free’ by conducting OQC checks using sampling plan per defined and/or AQL criteria
• Follow OQC checksheet for each outgoing product thoroughly and use 5S to categorize good vs bad parts and in general for the OQC area
• Ensure outgoing shipments packaging and labeling is accurate and legible
• If packaging issues detected, block the shipment and feed back the information to relevant Wing teams or SQEs for taking action for systemic improvements
• Work with PQE/SQE and 3PL to create a workaround agreed upon plan to make shipments in good packaging
• Support the IQC service on a secondary-priority basis during low-volume periods as directed by Wing
• Maintain key OQC information for outbound material’s quality at shipping in a tracker for inclusion into an electronic Quality Management System (e-QMS) when provided
• Maintain OQC live tracker
