Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Support Engineer with strong Infor Functional expertise to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients, ensuring that their Infor systems operate efficiently and effectively. You will play a crucial role in troubleshooting issues, implementing solutions, and enhancing user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for Infor applications, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Analyze and troubleshoot functional issues related to Infor systems, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to implement solutions and enhancements based on client feedback.
• Document and maintain records of support requests, resolutions, and system changes.
• Conduct training sessions for clients to enhance their understanding and usage of Infor applications.
• Stay updated on the latest Infor product developments and industry trends to provide informed support.
• Assist in the development of user manuals and training materials for clients.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong functional knowledge of Infor applications and modules.
• Proven experience in technical support or a similar role, specifically with Infor systems.
• Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other ERP systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with SQL and database management.
• Knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks.
• Experience in creating technical documentation and user guides.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2 5 years of experience in technical support, with a focus on Infor applications.
• Relevant certifications in Infor or related technologies are a plus.
