Job Summary

• Need lead engineer/expert on gasoline fuel systems, particularly with respect to evaporative emissions with high fuel volume. Knowledge and understanding of evap hardware from fuel tank, carbon canisters, purge valve, intake including understanding of implications to OBD and calibration strategy

• Specific assignment for ongoing and upcoming evaporative emissions program.

• Deep knowledge/understanding of fluid mechanics and fluid dynamics; ex. pump curves, fan laws, system resistance curves, etc.

• Ability to define technical strategy, produce and manage detailed analysis/simulation/testing, authorship of system requirements, design requirements, DVPs.

• Vehicle integration,

• Knowledge of GD & T and tolerance analysis.

• Knowledge on conceptual design and packaging checks.

• Good Communication skills.

• Routing and clipping standard knowledge are must.

• Ability to understand customer requirements and lead team for concept to production release.

• Need UG NX experience is a must.
