Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner with a strong background in CATIA Part Modeling to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining product vision, managing the product backlog, and ensuring that the development team delivers high quality products that meet customer needs. The Product Owner will act as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that the product aligns with business goals and user requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap to stakeholders and team members.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that it is aligned with business objectives and user needs.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver high quality products.
• Gather and analyze feedback from users and stakeholders to inform product decisions and improvements.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product enhancement.
• Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement in the development process.
• Act as the primary point of contact for product related inquiries and issues.
• Ensure that the development team understands the product requirements and user stories.
• Monitor product performance and user satisfaction, making data driven decisions to optimize the product.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in CATIA Part Modeling is a deal breaker for this role.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management.
• Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to make data driven decisions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar.
• Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles.
• Experience with stakeholder management and customer engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 7 years of experience in product management or related roles.
• Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) is a plus.
