Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Developer Platform/Product with a strong background in ServiceNow Development. The ideal candidate will have 7 10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on building and enhancing platform products. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions that meet our business needs while ensuring high performance and responsiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure quality and functionality of applications.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices, and recommend improvements.
• Document development processes, code changes, and application configurations.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow Development, including scripting, workflows, and integrations.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Ability to work in an Agile development environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ServiceNow ITBM, ITOM, or HR Service Delivery modules.
• Familiarity with database management and SQL.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with other programming languages such as Python or Java.
• Certifications in ServiceNow (e.g., Certified Application Developer) are a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7 10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on ServiceNow.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
