Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Developer Platform/Product with a strong focus on .Net Core to join our dynamic team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have 10 15 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of delivering high quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of platform and product development, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust applications using .Net Core.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Identify and troubleshoot software defects and performance issues.
• Contribute to the architecture and design of scalable and efficient software systems.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Document technical specifications and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in .Net Core development.
• Proficient in C# and object oriented programming principles.
• Experience with RESTful API design and development.
• Solid understanding of database technologies, including SQL Server and Entity Framework.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and microservices architecture.
• Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with front end technologies such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience in performance tuning and optimization of applications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 10 15 years of professional experience in software development.
• Proven experience in developing enterprise level applications using .Net Core.
• Strong portfolio of completed projects demonstrating technical expertise and problem solving abilities.
