Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect with extensive experience in Python development to lead our Digital Twin projects utilizing Anylogic and Flexsim tools. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of software architecture and design principles, along with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate with cross functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency in our digital solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable and efficient software architectures for Digital Twin applications.
• Lead the development team in coding, testing, and deploying Python applications using Anylogic and Flexsim.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers to ensure best practices are followed.
• Analyze and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability of applications.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement in our projects.
• Document architectural designs, processes, and workflows for future reference and training.
• Participate in project planning and estimation activities, providing technical insights to support decision making.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proficient in Python programming language with a strong understanding of its frameworks and libraries.
• Extensive experience with Digital Twin technologies, specifically Anylogic and Flexsim.
• Solid understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
• Experience in leading technical teams and managing software development projects.
• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with data analytics and visualization tools.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Understanding of IoT technologies and their integration with Digital Twin solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10 15 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Python and Digital Twin technologies.
• Proven experience in a technical leadership role, demonstrating the ability to drive projects to successful completion.
