Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Administrator with a strong background in SAP Warehouse Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product data, ensuring the integrity of product information, and supporting the overall product lifecycle. This role requires a detail oriented individual who can work collaboratively with cross functional teams to optimize warehouse operations and enhance product management processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain product data within the SAP Warehouse Management system, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and inventory management teams to streamline warehouse operations.
• Analyze product performance metrics and provide insights to improve inventory turnover and reduce stock discrepancies.
• Support the implementation of new product lines and updates to existing products in the SAP system.
• Conduct regular audits of product data to identify and rectify any discrepancies.
• Provide training and support to team members on SAP Warehouse Management best practices.
• Assist in the development of process documentation and standard operating procedures related to product management.
• Act as a liaison between IT and business units to resolve system issues and enhance functionality.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in SAP Warehouse Management, including configuration and troubleshooting.
• Proven experience in product data management and inventory control.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data driven decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross functional teams.
• Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other SAP modules such as MM (Materials Management) or SD (Sales and Distribution).
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics processes.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
• Project management experience in a product development or supply chain environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 7 years of experience in product administration or a similar role, with a focus on SAP Warehouse Management.
• Relevant certifications in SAP or supply chain management are a plus.
