  • Menyusun perencanaan tambang jangka menengah dan jangka panjang sebagai acuan operasional dan sequence penambangan sesuai perizinan dan dokumen tambang.
  • Membuat dan mengevaluasi mine plan yang mencakup desain pit, waste dump, dan infrastruktur tambang sesuai target.
  • Melakukan review, analisis, dan optimalisasi perencanaan tambang berdasarkan data dan rencana penambangan.
  • Mengawasi pelaksanaan kegiatan penambangan serta mengevaluasi kesesuaian implementasi terhadap rencana tambang.
  • Memastikan pencapaian produksi batubara dari aspek kuantitas dan kualitas serta mengoptimalkan mining recovery.
  • Melakukan monitoring terhadap Section Geotech, Survey, dan Blasting.
  • Mengelola dan mengoordinasikan contractor management serta mengidentifikasi dan menangani permasalahan operasional.
  • Menyusun dan menyediakan data untuk kebutuhan pelaporan kepada pemerintah dan instansi terkait.
  • Menyusun Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) tahunan departemen serta mendukung penerapan K3LH di seluruh aspek pekerjaan.

Requirements

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Pertambangan.
  • Pengalaman kerja minimal 5 tahun di bidang pertambangan, khususnya mine planning/engineering.
  • Memahami proses operasional pertambangan dan konsep perencanaan tambang batubara.
  • Memiliki pengalaman dalam perencanaan tambang jangka panjang dan monitoring akurasi mine sequence.
  • Memahami RKAB, Rencana Reklamasi, dan Rencana Pascatambang.
  • Memahami contractor management, mine economics, dan safety culture.
  • Memiliki pengalaman/pengetahuan pada bidang Geotechnical, TARP/SSR, Drilling, Survey, dan Blasting.
  • Menguasai software perencanaan tambang, khususnya MineScape dan SPRY Scheduler.
  • Menguasai ArcGIS serta Microsoft Office, khususnya Excel dan PowerPoint.
  • Memiliki kemampuan analitis, komunikasi, presentasi, dan koordinasi yang baik.
  • Memiliki kemampuan leadership, integritas, dan disiplin yang baik.
  • Memiliki sertifikasi POM/POU dan memahami implementasi SMKP.
  • KJL Kelas II menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Bersedia bekerja di site.
  • Usia maksimal 35 tahun.
