  • Mengatur kegiatan pengiriman batubara ke buyer sesuai target.
  • Memantau pengambilan sample ROM serta berkoordinasi dengan kontraktor ROM, analis sample, dan transportir.
  • Mengatur penempatan produk batubara yang masuk ke ROM dengan memperhatikan aspek keselamatan operasional.
  • Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar, prosedur, dan peraturan K3LH KIM.
  • Memberikan dukungan data untuk kebutuhan pelaporan kepada pemerintah dan instansi terkait.
  • Mengidentifikasi, memprioritaskan, dan menangani permasalahan terkait Coal Management.
  • Memahami perencanaan tambang serta memastikan implementasinya mendukung optimalisasi mining recovery.
  • Melakukan monitoring terhadap akurasi mine sequence dan implementasi rencana tambang.

Requirements

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Pertambangan.
  • Memahami proses operasional penambangan dan konsep perencanaan serta operasional Coal Management.
  • Memiliki pengetahuan mengenai kualitas batubara.
  • Memiliki pengalaman dalam supervisi dan pengendalian kontraktor.
  • Memahami rencana tambang jangka pendek dan monitoring akurasi mine sequence.
  • Memahami perizinan GMP dan implementasi SMKP.
  • Menguasai software perencanaan tambang, khususnya MineScape.
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, presentasi, dan kerja sama tim yang baik.
  • Memiliki kemampuan kepemimpinan yang baik.
  • Memiliki sertifikasi POM/POU.
  • Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem roster shift.
