  • Menyusun rencana tambang (mine plan) harian, mingguan, dan bulanan
  • Membuat desain tambang serta dokumen perencanaan (daily, weekly, monthly plan)
  • Melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi terhadap pencapaian produksi dibandingkan dengan rencana
  • Menganalisis deviasi produksi dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan
  • Menyiapkan peta tambang dan data pendukung untuk kebutuhan pelaporan
  • Menyusun dan menyiapkan laporan rutin (bulanan, triwulan, semester, tahunan)
  • Menyusun laporan untuk kebutuhan regulasi pemerintah (RKAB, AMDAL, Feasibility Study, dll.)
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim operasi, survey, dan departemen terkait
  • Memastikan implementasi aspek keselamatan pertambangan (ISMKP) dalam perencanaan

Requirements

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Pertambangan atau Teknik Geologi
  • Fresh graduate hingga maksimal 1 tahun pengalaman di posisi serupa
  • Memahami dasar perencanaan tambang dan evaluasi produksi
  • Menguasai software pertambangan:
    • Surpac
    • Micromine
    • AutoCAD
    • ArcGIS / ArcMap
  • Memahami pelaporan pertambangan (RKAB, dll.) menjadi nilai tambah
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di site (Matarape)
  • Memiliki SIM A aktif dan mampu mengendarai kendaraan operasional (LV)
  • Memiliki sertifikasi POP menjadi nilai tambah
  • Memiliki kemampuan analisa yang baik, teliti, komunikatif, dan mampu bekerja dalam tim
