Project Manager (Software)

- Project Management: Plan, monitor, and control timelines, scope, and budgets to deliver software projects end-to-end.
- Requirement Gathering: Translate business needs from clients and stakeholders into functional specifications for the development team.
- Execution & Delivery: Lead daily agile operations, track deliverables across Dev, QA, and UI/UX teams, and resolve project risks and issues.
- Quality & Handover: Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), manage project documentation, and report progress to executive management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in software project management with a solid understanding of SDLC.

Methodologies & Tools: Proficient in Agile/Scrum frameworks and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, MS Project).
Core Competencies: Strong leadership, active communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Preferred: Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM are a plus.
Result-driven, innovative, and passionate.
