Finishing Architect Engineer

•  Follow-up of the implementation of the finishing works in accordance with the approved technical plans and specifications

•        Read and understand the executive boards and ensure they are implemented accurately on site

•         Receiving the materials received for the site and ensuring that they conform to the required specifications and documenting this with receipt minutes

•         Managing suppliers and contractors and following up on their commitment to the agreed dates and specifications

•         Preparing and following up the schedule of finishing works and submitting periodic reports on completion percentages

•         Coordinating with contractors and executive teams to resolve any obstacles that disrupt the workflow

•         Conducting periodic field inspections to ensure the quality of implementation before approval or receipt

•         Monitor deviations from schedule or specifications and propose immediate corrective solutions

•         Contact the consultant regarding any modifications or technical problems

•         Ensuring the application of occupational safety requirements in the workplace

•         Inventory of the quantities executed and their matching with the extracts and preparing the measurements for the various items

Requirements

•    proven experience in shopping malls and commercial projects

• experience in the execution of Curtain Wall and Cladding works

•     Bachelor of Architecture

•       5-6 years of experience in the field of implementation and supervision of finishes

•        Good familiarity with finishing items and their technical specifications

•       Reading architectural and executive plans and mastery of shop drawing

•       Proficiency in using programs like AutoCAD  - Excel

•        Good time management and organization skills

•        Ability to work under pressure
