Technodysis is looking for an Inside sales/lead generation professional with 3–4 years of experience in the IT Staffing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate new business leads through cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
2. Identify and connect with HR Heads, talent acquisition leaders, and decision-makers.
3. Generate IT staffing requirements and build a strong sales pipeline.
4. Schedule client meetings and develop new business opportunities.
5. Maintain client relationships and consistently follow up on leads.
What We're Looking For:
1. 3–4 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or business development.
2. Mandatory experience in IT staffing/recruitment services.
3. Strong communication, prospecting, and client acquisition skills.
4. Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar lead-generation tools is preferred.
5. A target-oriented professional with a passion for business development.
