Responsabilità
La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno del team Technology Development e avrà un ruolo fortemente orientato alla ricerca e allo sviluppo di nuovi processi di film sottili e materiali avanzati.
Si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
- Guidare attività di R&D su processi di deposizione PVD (sputtering ed evaporazione);
- Progettare ed eseguire esperimenti per lo studio della crescita dei film sottili;
- Sviluppare processi di dry etch per strutture sperimentali;
- Esplorare nuovi materiali, leghe e stack multilayer;
- Condurre DOE e analisi avanzata dei dati;
- Supportare il trasferimento tecnologico verso linee pilota o di produzione.
Requisiti
- Laurea Magistrale o PhD in Ingegneria dei Materiali, Fisica, Chimica, Ingegneria Elettronica o affini;
- Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in contesti R&D o sviluppo avanzato;
- Conoscenza approfondita di sputtering ed evaporazione PVD;
- Solida conoscenza della fisica dei film sottili;
- Esperienza con processi di dry etch;
- Ottima conoscenza dell’inglese;
- Mentalità orientata alla ricerca e all’innovazione;
- Approccio analitico e data-driven;
- Autonomia nella gestione di attività complesse;
- Capacità di comunicazione tecnica e lavoro in team.
Retribuzione annua: 48.000€ - 60.000€
