Internship - Engineer Documentation Trainee

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Più nello specifico, la risorsa si occuperà di:

• Preparare gli ordini di acquisto tramite gli applicativi SAP e Wise;

• Gestire il flusso di lavoro per il monitoraggio dei pagamenti, verificandone la correttezza dopo la consegna delle attrezzature/materiali;

• Caricare la documentazione tecnica nel sistema/portale del cliente;

• Richiedere al fornitore la documentazione per il cliente;

• Interfacciarsi con tutti i referenti progettuali per la raccolta delle informazioni utili al miglioramento del processo di gestione ordini di progetto per la redazione di procedure/linee guida.

Costituiranno requisiti preferenziali:

• Percorso di studi in ambito ingegneristico o economico;

• Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese e italiana;

• Solida capacità di utilizzo degli strumenti informatici (in particolare, applicativi Google);

• Capacità di lavorare in team e in un contesto internazionale
