The Opportunity
We're looking for a talented Senior Product Manager to join us and lead strategic AI initiatives.
As our Senior Product Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping TechSee's next generation of AI products. This role combines both Inbound and Outbound Product Management, giving you end-to-end ownership, from evolving our market-leading SaaS Customer Experience platform, used by thousands of customers, to building a brand-new B2C product from the ground up. Your mission will be to transform cutting-edge technologies such as Generative AI, LLMs, Autonomous AI Agents, and Computer Vision into intuitive products that solve real-world problems at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end product life cycle, from the evolution of our market-leading SaaS CX platform to the development of our new B2C product.
Translate market trends, competitive insights, and feedback from customers and global stakeholders into clear product requirements, user stories, and roadmaps.
Partner closely with R&D to turn Generative AI, LLMs, Autonomous Agents, and Computer Vision capabilities into seamless, consumer-grade features.
Own product execution from backlog prioritization to feature delivery, ensuring high responsiveness, low latency, and an exceptional user experience at enterprise and consumer scale.
Define and track core product KPIs, using qualitative feedback and data analytics to continuously improve engagement, retention, and value delivery.
Qualifications:
5+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS and B2C products, ideally AI-driven.
Experience leading both Inbound and Outbound Product initiatives.
Hands-on experience building AI-powered products or features, including Generative AI and LLM-based capabilities.
Experience working with products at scale, serving US customers, and collaborating with global stakeholders.
Strong analytical, communication, and execution skills.
Fluent written and verbal English.
B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
