Role Summary
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and exceptionally strong communicator to manage and coordinate multiple concurrent initiatives within a Digital Supply Chain Platform for our client.
The Project Manager will work closely with Business Product Owners, Business Users, Release Train Engineers (RTEs), and technology delivery teams to ensure seamless planning, execution, deployment, and stakeholder communication across the platform.
The role requires someone who can connect the dots across multiple workstreams, proactively identify risks and dependencies, drive accountability, and provide clear visibility into overall platform progress.
Strong business communication, stakeholder engagement and the ability to independently drive initiatives are critical success factors for this role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Integrated Project & Deployment Planning
- Develop and maintain an integrated project and deployment roadmap covering multiple concurrent initiatives, enhancements, and releases.
- Collaborate with Business Product Owners, RTEs, and delivery teams to align priorities, milestones, release schedules, and dependencies.
- Track project progress against committed timelines and proactively identify potential delays or conflicts.
- Coordinate release readiness activities, business validations, and deployment communications.
- Ensure alignment between individual project plans and the broader platform roadmap.
2. Project Governance, Risks & Issues
- Establish and maintain structured tracking of project milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
- Proactively follow up with stakeholders to drive resolution of open items and remove execution bottlenecks.
- Facilitate regular project reviews and governance meetings with business and technology stakeholders.
- Escalate critical risks, delays, and decisions to appropriate stakeholders with clear recommendations.
- Drive accountability and timely closure of commitments across teams.
3. Business Stakeholder Management
- Serve as a central coordination point between Business Product Owners, business users, RTEs, and delivery teams.
- Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across different business functions and organizational levels.
- Facilitate discussions to clarify priorities, business expectations, and delivery commitments.
- Translate project progress, technical updates, and delivery challenges into clear, business-friendly communication.
- Ensure business stakeholders remain informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Status Reporting & Leadership Communication
- Prepare consolidated weekly and monthly platform status reports covering accomplishments, upcoming milestones, risks, issues, and key decisions.
- Develop executive-level dashboards, presentations, and updates highlighting overall platform health and delivery progress.
- Communicate project achievements, business impact, and upcoming releases in a concise and compelling manner.
- Provide leadership with actionable insights rather than simply reporting activities.
- Maintain consistency, accuracy, and transparency across all project communications.
5. Platform Communication, Engagement & Adoption
- Own and execute the platform communication and stakeholder engagement plan.
- Plan, coordinate, and facilitate monthly webinars showcasing platform capabilities, recent enhancements, upcoming releases, and business value.
- Organize business roadshows, platform demonstrations, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
- Develop newsletters, internal articles, release announcements, success stories, and other communication materials.
- Partner with Product Owners and business teams to highlight platform achievements, adoption, and measurable business benefits.
- Ensure communications are engaging, professionally presented, and tailored to different audiences.
- Gather stakeholder feedback and identify opportunities to improve platform awareness and adoption.
6. Continuous Improvement & Execution Excellence
- Establish standardized templates and processes for planning, reporting, governance, and communication.
- Identify opportunities to improve cross-team collaboration, delivery predictability, and stakeholder engagement.
- Drive follow-through on decisions and commitments with minimal supervision.
- Promote a culture of ownership, transparency, and proactive communication.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 12-15 years of experience in Project Management, Program Coordination, or PMO roles within the IT industry.
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects or workstreams in a complex business and technology environment.
- Experience working with Business Product Owners, business stakeholders, Agile delivery teams, and Release Train Engineers.
- Strong understanding of Agile/SAFe delivery practices, release planning, and cross-team dependency management.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain integrated project plans, RAID logs, executive status reports, and stakeholder communication plans.
- Experience creating professional presentations, newsletters, webinar content, and business communications.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and project tracking tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Exposure to supply chain platforms, enterprise applications, or digital transformation programs is strongly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting digital supply chain, logistics, planning, inventory management, or enterprise transformation platforms.
- Prior experience in a large multinational organization with distributed business and technology teams.
- Exposure to platform adoption, change management, or internal communication campaigns.
- PMP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
