Career Conversion Programme (Full Time) for Digital Consultant / AI Consultant / Project Manager

As aDigital Consultant / AI Consultant / Project Manager at Techzu, you will beresponsible for guiding clients through their digital transformationjourney—from initial discovery and solution recommendation to implementation,training, and ongoing support. You will collaborate closely with both clientsand internal teams (development, product, and support) to ensure successfuldelivery of software and AI solutions that meet clients’ business objectives.

KeyResponsibilities:

1.       Solution Promotion & Recommendation

·      Identify potential clients’ painpoints and business goals.

·      Recommend appropriate software andAI-based solutions tailored to each client’s requirements.

·      Present the value proposition,demonstrating how proposed solutions drive efficiency, scalability, andcompetitive advantage.

2.       Client Discovery & Needs Assessment

·      Conduct discovery workshops andstakeholder interviews to understand clients’ current processes, challenges,and desired outcomes.

·      Map existing workflows and identifyareas for digitalization or AI-driven enhancement.

·      Document requirements, successmetrics, and scope for transformation projects.

3.       Digital Transformation Blueprint & Workflow Design

·      Develop comprehensive digitaltransformation blueprints that outline future-state workflows.

·      Translate high-level businessrequirements into detailed process diagrams, user flows, and system integrationplans.

·      Collaborate with the developmentteam to ensure clarity on functional specifications and implementationapproach.

4.       Project Management & Client Success

·      Oversee client projects end-to-end:from project kickoff and planning to delivery and closure.

·      Define project milestones,deliverables, and timelines.

·      Coordinate internal resources(developers, designers, QA) to meet project objectives, ensuring on-time,on-budget delivery.

·      Monitor project progress, managerisks, and communicate status updates to clients and stakeholders.

5.       Timeline & Resource Planning

·      Craft detailed project timelinesthat align client expectations with development capacity.

·      Allocate resources effectively,balancing workload among team members and ensuring adherence to deadlines.

·      Adjust schedules proactively whenrequirements change or unforeseen issues arise.

6.       User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & Quality Assurance

·      Design and execute UAT plans tovalidate that delivered solutions meet client objectives.

·      Facilitate UAT sessions with clientstakeholders, documenting feedback, issues, and enhancement requests.

·      Work with the development team totriage and resolve identified defects or gaps, ensuring alignment with originalrequirements.

7.       Training Material Development & Client Training

·      Produce clear, concise trainingmaterials (user guides, slide decks, how-to videos) that explain software andAI solution features.

·      Conduct training sessions—bothon-site and virtual—to enable clients to adopt new workflows confidently.

·      Assess client proficiencypost-training and provide additional support as needed to drive user adoption.

8.       Post-Deployment Support & Customer Success

·      Serve as a point of contact forclients during the post-deployment phase, handling inquiries, troubleshooting,and minor enhancements.

·      Collaborate with the support team toescalate and resolve critical issues promptly.

·      Conduct periodic check-ins to ensureongoing client satisfaction and identify opportunities for continuousimprovement or additional services.

9.       Cross-Functional Feedback & Product Enhancement

·      Gather and document client feedback,feature requests, and market insights.

·      Communicate enhancement ideas andpriority requests to the Product Team, influencing the roadmap for futuresoftware and AI capabilities.

·      Participate in regular productreview sessions, advocating for client needs and user experience improvements.

10.  Ad Hoc Duties

Undertake any additional tasks assigned bysenior management to support organizational goals, such as attending industryevents, contributing to thought-leadership content, or participating ininternal strategy discussions.
