Backed by Construct Capital with thousands of offices and hygienists using our platform monthly, we're expanding to become the operating system for modern dental offices.

About the Role

You'll work in person from our Austin office as the primary point of contact for our community. You'll own the early customer lifecycle, onboarding new hygienists and dental offices, and you'll be the first person here to notice when something's off.

This is a high-volume, high-visibility role, and the job runs on a simple loop: spot the problem, prove you can fix it by hand, validate it with data, then scale it, either hand it to product to build in, or automate it yourself with the AI tools we already run on. Then you move to the next one.

That's not hypothetical. One person on this team noticed we had no clean way to tell which onboarding calls actually led to referrals, so she worked it by hand first, checking transcripts one at a time. Once the numbers proved it out, she built an automated process that now runs weekly on its own and generates leads directly for our team.

What You'll Own

• Be the first voice hygienists and dental offices hear, across phone, email, and chat, guiding them through onboarding with real relationships, not a script

• Notice friction points and patterns in real time, dig into the data behind them, and pitch or build the fix

• Take on proactive outreach: not just fielding what comes in, but going after offices and hygienists before a small problem becomes a real one

• Get exposure to territory and account management as our footprint grows nationally

• Touch compliance work, tax registration, workers' comp, and help build the SOPs for it as we scale, working directly with our Head of Finance

• Turn recurring fixes into scalable processes, or automations, and feed what you learn straight into product decisions

What You Bring

• 1-3 years of experience where you've been in the trenches and know how to handle a fast-paced environment

• You spot problems before anyone points them out, and you'd rather test a fix and learn than wait for permission

• High energy and stamina for talking to people all day, meaning that you enjoy high-volume phone and video conversations

• Exceptional empathy: you can de-escalate a situation and turn a frustrated user into a Teero superfan

• Communication mastery: you are clear, concise, and persuasive in speech and writing

• High standards: you take pride in providing a gold-standard experience for every user

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience in hospitality, retail, or customer-facing roles where you learned to read the room

• Previous experience in a high-growth Customer Success or Community Operations role at a tech startup

• An interest in community building and marketplace dynamics

• Dental industry knowledge

About the Team
