Mission:
The role would be responsible for planning and coordinating the logistical aspects of TEKEVER’s events, including internal coordination, suppliers, venues, travel, accommodation, equipment, on-site operations and event delivery. The position would support events in Portugal and internationally, so a high level of mobility and willingness to travel are essential.
Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate the logistics of TEKEVER’s events from start to finish, working with internal teams to align goals, timelines and budgets.
Source, negotiate with and manage suppliers and venues, including contracts, layouts and technical requirements.
Organise travel, accommodation, equipment and materials, including shipping and customs for international events.
Lead on-site operations and event delivery, solving problems in real time.
Run post-event evaluations to improve future events.
Travel frequently to support events in Portugal and abroad.
Requirements:
+6 years ofexperience in event logistics and production.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Experience coordinating suppliers and multiple stakeholders.
The ability to work under pressure and manage several priorities simultaneously.
Availability to travel regularly within Portugal and abroad.
Good written and spoken English.
A practical, hands-on approach and close attention to detail.
