About the Role

TekIT Software Solutions is looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in B2B Sales, IT Services, IT Staffing, or Staff Augmentation.

The ideal candidate should have a strong hunter mindset, proven lead generation capabilities, and experience connecting with enterprise decision-makers to generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new B2B clients for IT Services, Software Solutions, and IT Staffing.
• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
• Connect with CXOs, CTOs, HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, and Procurement Teams.
• Schedule client meetings, understand business requirements, and present service offerings.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification to client acquisition.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve business development targets.
• Develop long-term client relationships and identify repeat business opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Client Acquisition.
• Experience in IT Services Sales, IT Staffing, Contract Staffing, Staff Augmentation, or Software Services preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience in lead generation, cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn prospecting.
• Ability to identify decision-makers and independently generate client meetings.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven professional with a strong new-business acquisition mindset.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience selling IT staffing or technology services to corporate clients.
• Understanding of Contract Staffing, Contract-to-Hire (C2H), Permanent Staffing, or Staff Augmentation models.
• Proven track record of generating qualified opportunities and acquiring new clients.
