Job Description
The CSR willbe responsible for customerservice.sales order management. inventory management,import/exportoperations. and tradecompliance.

- Proficiency in MS-OfficeStrongattentiontodetailandaccuracy withnumbers
- Knowledge of SAP systems
- Collaboratewithotherteammembersanddepartments
- Communication and interpersonal skills

Education and Experience:
- Associate'sdegree(2-3yearcollege)orBachelor'sdegree(4-yearuniversity).
- Atleast5yearsifrelevantworkexperience
- GoodcommandofEnglishforcommunicationandmeetingswithHQ
- ProficiencyinMicrosoftOfficeapplications.
- SAPexperienceispreferred
