Job Description
Join our team as a Mechanical Design Engineer and play a key role in designing and improving mechanical and electromechanical systems that drive our business forward. In this role, you’ll contribute to innovative product development-from concept through installation-working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions. Your work will directly impact operational efficiency, product performance, and customer satisfaction.
What you’ll do
- Research and analyze customer requirements, technical specifications, and design constraints
- Design mechanical and electromechanical systems, including instruments, machines, and control systems
- Develop and refine solutions for thermal, hydraulic, and mechanical applications
- Coordinate fabrication, installation, and testing to ensure alignment with engineering standards
- Support troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of equipment and systems
- Evaluate field performance and recommend design improvements
- Collaborate with teams to integrate hardware and software components
- Contribute to project progress updates and communicate technical findings clearly
What you need
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and design skills - required
- Ability to interpret technical documentation and apply engineering principles - required
- Effective written and verbal communication skills - required
- Experience working on projects of moderate complexity - required
- Proficiency in mechanical system design and analysis - required
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field - required
- 5-10 years of relevant engineering experience - required
- Ability to adapt, prioritize tasks, and work collaboratively - required

- US Citizenship
- Active government security clearance or the ability to attain/maintain government security clearance.
- Ability to travel (domestically/internationally) approximately 10%.

Salary Range:
$90,800.00-$121,100.000The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, local regulations (such as minimum wage), education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
