• LeadandmentorateamofFPGAdesigners,providingtechnicalguidanceandcoaching.
• EstablishRTLstandards,designmethodologies,andreusableIPpractices.
• DriveFPGAsecurityfeaturesincludingbitstreamprotectionandsecureupdatesupport.
• SelectFPGAdevicesandmanageresourcebudgetstooptimizecost,power,andlongevity.
• ServeasthefinaltechnicalauthorityforFPGAarchitecturedecisionsandfirmwareintegration.
• ConductdesignreviewscoveringRTL,schematics,pinassignments,memorymaps,andinterfaces.
• LeadFPGAbuild,release,automation,andregressioninfrastructure.
• Collaboratewithproduct,manufacturing,supplychain,andengineeringteamsacrosssites.
• EvaluateemergingFPGAtechnologies,tools,anddesignapproaches.

Whatyouneed

• Required: Strongtechnicalleadership,mentoring,andcross-functionalcollaborationskills.
• Required: ExtensiveFPGAdevelopmentexperienceusingVHDLand/orVerilog/System Verilog.
• Required: Expertiseinsimulation,synthesis,timingclosure,CDCanalysis,constraints,andverification.
• Required: ExperiencewithAMD/Xilinx,Intel/Altera,orMicrochipFPGAplatformsandtoolchains.
• Required: ProvenFPGA/firmwareintegrationexperienceincludingprocessors,memorycontrollers,andregistermaps.
• Required: Hands-onhardwarebring-upandlabdebuggingexperience.
• Required: Bachelor’sdegreeinElectricalEngineeringorComputerEngineering.
• Advantage: Advanceddegreeandexperienceinmachinevision,imaging,camerasystems,orhigh-speeddigitaldesign.
