Position Summary
The Project Controller for Ingenyx I.T./Finance provides financial and analytical support for the ERP system implementation project accounting, system implementation support, and assigned finance project management in a high-growth carve-out environment.
Principal Responsibilities
- New vendor setup and invoice-level classification/GL recording
- Monthly IT 3P Spend Reporting, split into e.g. Technical Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Business Applications, Master Data Management
- Monthly IT Capital Project Accounting and Reporting - Project Evenstar IFS implementation & UKG HR system implementation, etc
- Own Planning/forecast for project cash flow spending
- Ad-hoc reporting and special projects as assigned.
Education / Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required. MBA, CPA or CMA preferred.
- 3 years of experience in Accounting and Financial analysis
- Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and standards. (GAAP)
- SAP/IFS knowledge preferred; experience with a global financial consolidation and reporting tool.
- The incumbent must possess proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, etc.).
Specialized Skills / Other Requirements
- Experience working in a multi-plant, global manufacturing environment a plus
- Financial concepts of product costing and financial analysis of manufacturing operations.
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills

TRAVEL REQUIRED: 5-10%
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $100,500- $165,800 however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will also include benefits such as medical, prescription drug, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, participation in a 401(k) savings plan, and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO, short- and long-term disability and parental leave, dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
