Chief of Staff
Working in Commercial - Residential
You will join the Commercial Residential-circle, where strategy, execution and collaboration come together to drive business performance. In this role, you work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer and leadership team to help translate strategic priorities into concrete actions, ensure strong governance and reporting, and support effective decision-making across the organization.
As Chief of Staff, you connect people, teams and information. You help create alignment across the organization and contribute to the successful delivery of key business objectives. Success in this role requires the ability to connect stakeholders, build compelling narratives, challenge constructively and move seamlessly between strategic discussions and operational details.
Your Role as Chief of Staff
- Partner with the Chief Commercial Officer on strategic priorities, key decisions and business challenges.
- Translate strategic ambitions into measurable execution plans together with business leaders.
- Coordinate key governance processes including budgeting, business reviews and leadership meetings.
- Monitor strategic initiatives, business performance, KPIs and OKRs, while challenging teams to achieve their objectives.
- Deliver analyses, reporting and insights that support informed business decisions.
- Prepare presentations, communications and leadership briefings for senior stakeholders.
- Foster efficient collaboration across commercial teams and supporting functions such as Finance, People and Strategy.
Your Profile as Chief of Staff
- You have a master's level of thinking and working experience.
- You are an excellent stakeholder manager who builds credibility and trust across different levels of the organization.
- You are a strong communicator and story builder, capable of translating complex topics into clear and compelling messages.
- You combine strong analytical skills with a broad interest in all aspects of the business.
- You can maintain a helicopter view while also being willing to dive into the details to deliver tangible results.
- You are comfortable influencing without formal authority and thrive in a highly autonomous individual contributor role.
- You communicate fluently in English and have a good knowledge of Dutch and/or French.
