Working as Indirect Account Manager
As an Indirect Account Manager Retail, you have full commercial and operational ownership of a portfolio of our partners within our retail network. As a sales professional, you are part of Telenet group’s sales organization (Sales Tribe). Through your partners, you maximize the growth and retention of our customer base while ensuring all quantitative and qualitative targets are met.
Your role as a Indirect Account Manager Retail
- Build and maintain strong relationships with core and tactical retail partners, acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts to ensure mutual satisfaction and partner loyalty. Develop high potential core partners into strategic ones.
- Drive sales performance by acting on qualitative and quantitative KPI and leveraging retail and account expertise to reach sales targets and secure long-term growth.
- Monitor partner profitability and cost of sales to ensure the commercial relationship remains profitable for all parties.
- Own the partner governance model of weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings, ensuring consistent follow-up on commercial results, operational excellence, compliance and long-term business objectives.
- Drive partner capability and enablement by delivering product training, commercial coaching and sales enablement activities. Ensuring partners have the knowledge, tools and capabilities required to maximize their sales performance and customer experience.
- Connect key stakeholders across departments (Go To Market, sales support, commission and back-office) to ensure full organizational alignment with the retail channel.
Your profile as Indirect Account Manager Retail
- You take a proactive approach at managing your partners at both operational and financial and level.
- You have good knowledge of commercial metrics, partner profitability, and cost of sales per channel or partner.
- You can quickly adapt, challenge, and build strong stakeholder relationships across internal departments and external partners.
- You own a Bachelor or Master degree and/or 2+ years of relevant experience in retail management or partner account management.
- You are a proactive professional with strong operational and communication skills including presentations skills to internal and external stakeholders.
- You speak/write English and Dutch very well. A good knowledge of French is a plus.
