Your role as People Partner Expert - Transformation & Strategy

People Transformation & Strategy at Telenet Group is about preparing our organization for future workforce challenges. In this role, you connect people expertise with strategy, data, and transformation to help leaders make forward-looking decisions.

Your responsibilities include:

• Translating strategic workforce insights into clear recommendations for leaders and business stakeholders, with a focus on capacity, skills, critical roles, and future workforce scenarios;
• Making the people impact of transformations visible and guiding leaders in making deliberate choices about organization, roles, skills, and ways of working;
• Contributing to the development and embedding of a strategic workforce planning approach, including talent heatmaps, Build/Buy/Borrow scenarios, and workforce capability insights;
• Analyzing the impact of AI on work, roles, and skills and translating this into concrete input for reskilling, workforce redesign, and capability development;
• Helping prepare, coordinate, and follow up on organizational changes through clear governance, stakeholder alignment, and a structured organizational cockpit;
• Connecting employee experience and listening insights with transformation priorities, so that change is not only planned but also supported, understood, and sustainably embedded;
• Collaborating with colleagues across People & Workplace, Finance, Strategy & Corporate Development, and the business to bring together people data, business priorities, and transformation insights;
• Acting as a subject-matter sparring partner for senior stakeholders by structuring complexity, challenging choices, and providing direction based on expertise, data, and professional judgment.

Your profile as People Partner Expert - Transformation & Strategy

You are an experienced people (HR) and transformation professional who:

• Has a strong affinity with workforce strategy, organizational development, transformation, and the future of work;
• Is comfortable working with data, insights, and scenarios, and can translate these into clear, business-focused recommendations;
• Can structure complex change environments and help leaders make deliberate choices with due consideration for people, business needs, and feasibility;
• Understands how AI, digitalization, and evolving collaboration models affect jobs, skills, and organizational design;
• Excels in stakeholder management and builds credibility through expertise, maturity, integrity, and a connecting style;
• Thinks both strategically and pragmatically: you see the bigger picture while also being able to organize concrete actions, governance, and follow-up;
• Challenges respectfully, communicates clearly, and helps leaders systematically incorporate people impact into transformation decisions;
• Communicates fluently in Dutch and English and thrives in a dynamic environment where change, collaboration, and learning are central.
