Sales Executive | Telematics

We are looking for a B2B Sales Representative to strengthen our ambitious sales team in Warsaw, Poland. You will work with the leading telematics solutions in the world and master your B2B sales skills.

Teltonika’s telematics business unit develops and produces easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management in logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. Using the latest technologies, Teltonika sets new standards for the telematics industry.

Teltonika provides an opportunity for every ambitious sales representative to improve their sales skills, develop comprehensive knowledge of products, and generate considerable earnings.

In this role, you will:

• Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding opportunities for growth.
• Generate sales with new clients through cold calling and networking.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers through daily contact, presentations, and frequent visits.
• Prepare commercial offers and ensure contracts to achieve assigned sales goals.
• Attend exhibitions/meetings to represent Teltonika and telematics products with solutions.
• Building and maintaining a CRM database.
• Collaborate with the technical support department and product specialists to address customer requirements.

What we expect of you:

• Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Native or fluent Polish language skills, with strong command of English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and active listening skills.
• Results- driven, organized, with the ability to thrive in a target- oriented environment.
• Strong presentation skills and confidence in communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
• Valid Polish driving license and willingness to travel for customer and internal meetings and events.
