Sales Specialist - Networking Solutions

We are looking for a Sales Manager to strengthen our ambitious sales team working in Jakarta, Indonesia. You will work with one of the leading telematics solutions in the world and develop your B2B sales expertise by expanding Teltonika’s presence in the Indonesian market.

Teltonika Networks focuses on industrial connectivity. Their main products include industrial routers, gateways, Ethernet switches, modems and access points, supported by their RMS remote management platform. These products are typically used to connect and manage machines, sites, vehicles and other industrial devices remotely.

Teltonika provides an opportunity for every ambitious sales professional to improve their sales skills, develop comprehensive product knowledge, and generate considerable earnings while expanding B2B opportunities in the market.

In this role, you will:

• Reach out to new potential clients through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn communication
• Identify market potential in sectors such as government projects, mining, and industrial automation
• Generate new leads through proactive prospecting and CRM management
• Prepare commercial offers and ensure contracts are signed to achieve assigned sales goals
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers through frequent communication and visits
• Represent Teltonika at exhibitions, conferences, and client meetings
• Collaborate with product specialists and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions

What we expect of you:

• Professional English language skills (spoken and written)
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B IoT hardware or industrial networking sales
• Strong hunter mindset with proven experience in lead generation and cold calling
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Zoho
• Independent and self-driven personality capable of managing sales activities autonomously
