Lead the team solving the hardest problems in AI to deliver real social and economic value-and own the charter to win and run the public sector deals for our AI and Data practice. You'll shape how governments and public institutions adopt AI responsibly and at scale, building the flagship engagements that define our reputation in the market.

Your mission

• Tackle the hardest problems with AI to deliver measurable social and economic impact
• Own and drive the public sector deal charter for the AI & Data team-building the pipeline, shaping the pursuits, and leading delivery of landmark government and public-institution engagements
• Exceed client expectations to become the trusted partner in enterprise transformation
• Recruit, inspire, lead, and mentor a team of the strongest AI engineers in the market
• Build a culture of excellence-leading with confidence, charisma, context, and humility, and working effectively at every level
• Create and deliver world-class AI thought leadership, win the confidence of business and government leaders, and drive real adoption of AI
• Champion public trust in AI, ensuring fairness, ethics, accountability, and transparency in everything we ship

What you bring

• Exceptional expertise in AI engineering, machine learning, and data science
• Hands-on fluency across the AI development lifecycle: LLMs, Jupyter, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, AWS Bedrock, AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, Azure ML, and more
• 15 years delivering and managing AI solutions from incubation and proof-of-concept through deployment and commercialization
• Sharp understanding of the AI services marketplace, with the ability to build go-to-market plans backed by trusted partnerships
• A track record of winning public sector and enterprise deals-building client relationships, growing engagements, and delivering economic value
• Experience developing and delivering winning client proposals, building consensus through detailed analysis, deep expertise, and sharp communication
• Proven success leading large-scale AI delivery end-to-end
• A gift for attracting, inspiring, coaching, and mentoring outstanding engineers
• The ability to create world-class AI thought leadership, engage senior leaders, and become their trusted advisor
• A talented speaker and educator, active in the AI community-taking and giving courses, following the research, attending meetups, and building projects
