As part of the Real-Time VFX team, you will work closely with a team of artists to deliver high quality premium content skin experiences. With your experience, you’ll create aesthetically astounding visual effects that wow and delight our fans adding richness and excitement to the games experience.

As a Senior VFX Artist, you will utilize your exceptional aesthetic sensibility and technical expertise to shape visual direction for a diverse range of weapon skin thematics. You will establish the benchmark and execute based on the creative direction that will guide and empower our partner studios' production efforts.

Beyond asset creation, you will tackle complex artistic and technical challenges, collaborating with fellow artists to pioneer new VFX features ,workflows and guidelines. Working alongside our VFX Manager, you will serve as a key point of contact for external

partners, providing expert guidance and actionable feedback to ensure all content maintains the highest standards of quality, readability, and style.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the VFX Manager to establish VFX standards and execution strategies for weapon skinlines. Lead early-stage creative and stylistic exploration for high-tier weapon skins, setting the bar of excellence for asset delivery and seamless

  handovers to partner studios for production.

• Problems solve complex artistic and technical challenges while collaborating closely with the team to develop innovative VFX features and new technologies.

  Foster close collaboration with cross-disciplinary leads, maintaining open communication to build relationships, clarify project goals, and ensure alignment on

  expected outcomes.

• Provide clear, actionable feedback to partner studios to ensure all VFX deliverables meet the project’s standards. This includes providing hands-on guidance and using paintovers to achieve good readability, clarity and stylization fitting to the game and

  intended thematic intentions.

• Assist the VFX Manager in onboarding, training and providing resource materials for new VFX artists.
• Partner with the technical art team to ensure efficient asset optimization and the timely resolution of VFX-related technical issues.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in visual effects, spanning diverse art styles.
• Deep mastery of VFX and Art fundamentals-timing, color, composition, motion, and readability.
• Exceptional aesthetic sensibility, strong creative vision and the adaptability to execute within a given art direction.
• Adaptable and efficient at executing within a specified vision.
• Experience with unreal engine and VFX toolchains.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate feedback and creative intent clearly across cultures and disciplines.
• Basic English communication（spoken and written）

Desired Qualifications:

• Passion for competitive PVP games.
• AAA experience on stylized, FPS games.
• Experience in team management and collaborating with external partner teams.
• Bilingual proficiency (Mandarin) to interface effectively with partner studios.
