IT Recruiter

About the Position:

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this

role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, act as a strategic partner to internal and

external clients, and help deliver top-tier talent while driving employer branding initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from market research and sourcing to candidate selection and onboarding.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with Account Managers, Team Leaders, client stakeholders, and external vendors; participate in client business meetings.
• Consultative Hiring: Independently lead recruitment projects, gathering, clarifying, and defining hiring requirements.
• Candidate Experience: Build long-term relationships with candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate journey.
• Multi-project Execution: Simultaneously drive multiple hiring projects while maintaining high standards and meeting deadlines.
• Strategic Initiatives: Support Talent Acquisition initiatives, continuous process improvements, and employer branding activities.

Job requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in IT recruitment (experience in consulting or outsourcing agencies is a strong plus).
• Languages: Excellent verbal and written English skills (minimum B2 level).
• Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the IT market and proven track record of managing full-lifecycle hiring.
• Client Partnership: Ability to advise clients and act as a strategic recruitment partner across all organizational levels.
• Work Style: Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and process-driven environment.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive business and personal data with complete discretion.
