What the Role Entails

We are looking for a Project Manager based in Bangkok to support product marketing initiatives for mobile and PC game titles in Thailand. This role focuses on coordinating marketing campaigns, game launches, and live-service updates by aligning cross-functional teams and ensuring smooth execution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and experienced in managing marketing-driven projects in fast-paced environments..

Job Description:

• Manage end-to-end execution of product marketing projects, including game launches, updates, live-service campaigns, and seasonal events.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams such as marketing, creative, community, PR, and external agencies to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for marketing initiatives.
• Track project progress, identify risks or dependencies, and proactively resolve issues to keep campaigns on schedule.
• Support product marketing teams by managing deliverables, approvals, and asset readiness across channels.
• Ensure marketing campaigns align with product positioning, messaging, and global and regional brand guidelines.
• Lead post-campaign reviews and documentation to capture insights and improve future executions.

Who We Look For

• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably supporting product marketing, publishing, or campaign-based teams.
• Experience working on marketing campaigns, product launches, or live-service initiatives.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience using project management tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in gaming, mobile apps, or digital products is highly preferred.
