What the Role Entails

• 支持图像生成美化、视频生成（世界模型）、主播生成、场景生成、多模态视觉语言模型（VLMs）以及 Agentic AI 等方向的研究与开发工作。
• 协助大规模生成式 AI 项目中的数据准备、模型训练与实验分析。
• 参与项目讨论，提出创新想法，并推动将研究成果与游戏制作场景相结合。
• 与资深研究员紧密合作，共同探索数字内容生成与交互式智能体领域的前沿方向。

Who We Look For

Job Requirements

• 就读于计算机视觉、计算机图形学或相关专业的博士或硕士研究生, 熟悉常见的生成模型。
• 扎实的深度学习基础，具备图片或视频数据处理的基本经验。
• 对生成式 AI 在互动娱乐和虚拟世界构建中的应用有浓厚兴趣。
• 具备良好的沟通与协作能力。 优先条件
• 具备图像或视频方向深度学习模型训练或微调经验。
• 熟悉 PyTorch、Blender、Unity 或 Unreal Engine 等相关工具。
• 在主流AI或计算机会议/期刊发表过研究成果。
• 对创意、创新以及面向游戏的 AI 实际应用充满热情。
