About the Role
We’re looking for aSupply Chain Intern to join our team during an exciting phase of growth. In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of technology assets, component sourcing, and data center infrastructure logistics. Working closely with cross-functional partners across engineering, finance, and operations, you will support business objectives while upholding our standards for excellence, collaboration, and impact.
What You’ll Do
Vendor Onboarding & Coordination: Assist with vendor onboarding and coordinate communication with technology vendors, component manufacturers, and cloud infrastructure partners.
Order Tracking & Inventory: Support order receiving, tracking, and inventory management of high-value hardware assets from procurement to deployment.
Process Optimization: Analyze current supply chain processes, identifying efficiency and optimization opportunities for global hardware logistics and data center deliveries.
Market & Data Analysis: Track and report on global market trends, pricing, and lead times for semiconductor components to support proactive purchasing strategies.
Cross-Functional Support: Assist Accounting and Finance teams with cashflow forecasting, budgeting, and invoice management.
Mentorship & Shadowing: Shadow the Supply Chain Manager and Supply Chain Director to gain hands-on exposure to strategic procurement, vendor negotiation, and global supply chain leadership.
Special Projects: Take ownership of small initiatives and projects that help build redundancy and agility into our growing global supply chain network.
Who You Are
Required Qualifications
Junior or Senior college student currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Economics, or a related field.
Strong interest in Supply Chain Management, particularly within a fast-paced technology or engineering environment.
Strong proficiency in Excel with a solid analytical mindset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous exposure to or familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite).
Basic understanding of procurement functions, vendor management, or hardware lifecycles.
Enthusiasm for AI infrastructure, data centers, or semiconductor technology.
