岗位职责
系统级视觉设计主导
- 独立负责 OS 系统级或核心应用的视觉设计工作，对最终视觉体验结果负责
- 具备从概念构思 → 视觉探索 → 原型设计 → 开发对接 → 最终落地的完整闭环能力
- 能够在复杂系统中建立统一且有辨识度的视觉表达
设计体系与平台能力建设
- 参与或主导系统级视觉设计体系建设（如组件、图标、字体、材质等）
- 输出可复用的设计规范，并推动其在多业务、多终端中的一致性落地
- 持续优化设计标准，提升整体视觉质量与交付效率
视觉创新与品牌表达
- 具备优秀的视觉表现力与审美判断力，能够产出具有前瞻性的设计方案
- 在系统层面推动品牌视觉的统一与升级
- 通过细节与质感设计，提升产品的整体高级感与差异化竞争力
三、任职要求
教育背景
- 本科及以上学历，艺术设计、工业设计等相关专业优先
工作经验
- 3年以上智能终端 / 操作系统 / 互联网产品视觉设计经验
- 熟悉 To C 产品设计逻辑，有完整上线项目经验（需提供作品集）
- 有手机 OS / 车机系统 / 大屏系统设计经验者优先
专业技能
- 熟练使用 Figma、Sketch、Photoshop 等主流设计工具
- 对视觉精度、适配规范具备高敏感度
- 熟悉 AIGC 设计工具（如 Midjourney、Stable Diffusion、DALL·E 等），并能用于提升设计效率与创意表达
